We Serve Our City

Grace hosts many community and citywide events reaching to thousands of people through concerts, conferences and citywide gatherings. In partnership with KSBJ radio, here are a few concerts open to the city: David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp & Francesca Battistelli. Praying for every church in Houston every month through our city focused prayer meetings. Connecting the city in prayer at the National Day of Prayer – downtown with thousands in attendance at City Hall, the largest attendance in years. Supporting Biblical values and leadership through the Houston Area Pastor’s Council. Grace is making a difference around the world.

Touching Practical Needs Every Day

Supporting ministries that care for orphans, feed the hungry and shelter the homeless offering dignity and worth because we realize that every person is created in the image of God.

Sonrise Empowerment Center

operates the second largest homeless shelter in the Houston area. Every day we provide 500 meals to homeless people. Sonrise provides GED education programs, job training, drug/alcohol recovery and is a full family recovery center with counseling and parent-training programs. 2100 adults and 200 kids went through the program last year with 1687 graduating.

Lifebridge Community Outreach

serving the hurting people in Houston with outreach events and community festivals in Sunnyside and 2nd Ward drawing over 3000 people. Pastors Brian and Kelly Gowan were recognized by city officials for their efforts and asked to ride with the Grand Marshall in one of the 2010 MLK parades. We are pursuing the Adopt-A-School program in partnership with Dr. Tony Evans. Through LifeBridge, Grace is empowering hundreds of volunteers and training ministry leaders for tomorrow.

Training Pastors to Lead Around the World

through a world-class seminary in India recognized as a Wycliffe Bible Translating Center; and Bible colleges and training programs in Guatemala and Spain.

that are preaching the Gospel and being a light to their communities and their nations around the world.
